I just subscribed to my Dropbox+ on my phone but I am still only able to upload 2GB worth of photos/videos? Why can't I now upload 2TB? I have confirmation emails and money has left my account yet I still cannot upload more than 2GB?
Hey there @JackL; welcome to our Community and thanks for using Dropbox!
Can you please let me know what is reported in your account's plan tab?
Is the email address for the account you upgraded the same as the one you've received your upgrade's confirmation?
Keep me posted on your findings, Jack!

Hi it just says that I have the basic plan. However, my account has been charged?
If you see that you're on the Basic plan, then you must be looking at another account of yours, associated with a different email address, Jack.
Did you upgrade through our website or via a mobile app store?

Mobile app store, but I have checked both of my accounts (work and personal) and both are on the basic plan?
Is it an Android device or an iOS one, Jack?
In case of the latter, could you try the following steps and let me know if they helped?
1. In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
3. Tap on "Restore purchases".
Let me know how you get on!

Thank you for your help. I have iOS but I don't really want to restore any purchases. I would just like a refund as I no longer need the extra space as I am now using another provider instead.
Since your purchase was processed by Apple, you'll need to contact them for a refund using the steps outlined here, Jack.
Let me know if any other question comes up!
