I recently paid for dropbox plus €11.99 per month today the 03/11/2021 to upgrade to 2000GB but on my account it is still saying I am on a basic plan. I am in Ireland so on my bank account it does not give this transaction ID, this is a real pain, the money is taken im still on the basic plan and there is no proof I have paid dropbox anywhere but on my banking app and I cannot get through to anyone or navigate to someone for help. Please help.
Hi Hannah, I upgraded my dropbox account from your website on my computer and paid the fee of €11.99 subscription per month by putting in my bank card details, there was no error message when it was completed and the money was taking from my account by Dropbox, ive paid for the updrade should I not be entitled to the product or a refund at best. Just to note the files that I want backed up on dropbox is 13GB so its not an issue of too many files, my account still says basic 2.5GB. This is really annoying and I would like to get it sorted. I have no transaction ID either which I should have.
