Paid for Plus Plan that I can't access

So frustrating, Dropbox!

I had a Basic plan with one email address. Reached limit of storage.

Paid for Plus, but used professional email account.

Cannot access Plus account and keep getting messages that I have run out of space, and asking whether I want to upgrade.

 

Of course, the Plus (which I am getting no use from) will auto-renew. None of the information from the Plus account will get me into Dropbox to get any support, so I can neither use nor cancel this account. It isn't recognized at all--only the Basic account.

 

As long as Dropbox thought (based on my school account email) that my company might want Dropbox, I was contacted regularly by email from Business Account reps. When I finally followed up and spoke with a real person, they saw that I had plenty of space, understood the issue, and assured me that someone in another department would be able to solve the problem. 

 

Can't reach anyone now. Please help!

I'm not sure I'm following what the issue is, if you have a paid account just unlink your current free one from your computer and link the paid one: https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/unlink-relink-computer-mobile

I'm not sure I'm following what the issue is, if you have a paid account just unlink your current free one from your computer and link the paid one: https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/unlink-relink-computer-mobile

Mark, thank you so much! It was an easy fix, and I could kick myself that I just didn't scroll down far enough to see 'Delete.' Thank you for responding so quickly.
