Paid for Upgrade, left a Team, now Dropbox asks me to upgrade again

I paid for an updgrade, then left a Team a few minutes later while cleaning up my account. Now Dropbox says I have to upgrade again.

 

The support site asks for a 12 character transaction ID. but the email I received only inludes an 8-character transaction ID, so I can't get help.

 

I paid but I am still on a free account and I can't get help.

 

Help!!!

I'm assuming that you're referring to our self-served look up tool; correct? 

 

While we're at it, can you clarify if the email you mentioned comes from us or your payment vendor directly?

 

Your transaction ID is the 12-digit alphanumeric code located on the Dropbox line item on your bank or credit card statement so you may want to reach out to your bank for the precise transaction ID.
