Paid upgrade and no extra space

Dropbox team, i see there are a lot of people having issues with the upgrade being paid for but the space not being issued by Dropbox, well the same is now happening to me.

The forum doesnt show the end results as Dropbox emails the customers privately, therefore can you please email me and help solve the issues ASAP.

You need to log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help which you can then track at http://dropbox.zendesk.com

Make sure you give details of how you upgraded including receipts etc.
