Password not working


Password not working

My passwords aren't working. I have to change my password every time I log in for the past week. That makes 5 new passwords this week alone. I sent a support request to Dropbox support and the tech gave me instructions how to change my password (really?). I don't know what is wrong with Dropbox that none of my passwords work, even the day after I change them. Anyone know what to do about this or what is the issue?

Hey there @lesleyd

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this - let's see what we can find. 

As a first step, could you please clarify what you see when you try to sign in and you're asked to change your password? 

Are you getting any error messages? If so, could you send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of this?
