Hi,
I payed for an upgraded subscription to dropbox, and the payment has been substracted from my account. However, dropbox.com does not seem to have acknowledged that: I did not receive a confirmation email and my subscription was not changed. How can I request reimbursement of that payment or an upgrade to be enforced?

Will be very grateful for any help.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Did you attempt to upgrade from the Dropbox site or the mobile app?

 

On your bank statement, was the transaction from Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?
