Payement done but account not upgraded

I made payments for my account up-gradation twice.  I was also charged twice. But still, my account is not upgraded. Please help.

Hi @giggo, thanks for posting on the Community!

Do you see the recent payments on your account here?

Did you upgrade directly via the Dropbox site, or the mobile app? On your card statement, was the payment made to Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

This will help me to assist further!
