Paying for Dropbox Plus every month but my account shows Basic - Now I have no space to use it!

I get monthly billing notifications from Apple charging me for Dropbox Plus. I've been trying to use my account for several weeks. According to my profile it says I have Basic so I can't upload any files. When I go to "upgrade" it says I'm already subscribed. I can't get any answers from the Bot and none of the phone numbers I've tried work!

Hi @mgreene1, thanks for posting today!

Did you upgrade directly to a paid plan using the iOS Dropbox app, or did you use the Dropbox site directly?

Where are you trying to upgrade from now?

This will help me to assist further!
