I get monthly billing notifications from Apple charging me for Dropbox Plus. I've been trying to use my account for several weeks. According to my profile it says I have Basic so I can't upload any files. When I go to "upgrade" it says I'm already subscribed. I can't get any answers from the Bot and none of the phone numbers I've tried work!
