Payment done but space limit is not upgraded yet

Hi

I just make payment through my PayPal but my Dropbox account is not upgraded yet.

Is it takes time?

Hey JaneA

Thanks for the co operation. My problem is solved now. There was an issue with bank transaction which is taken reverced by bank.

 

Just ask one question.

Recently i have choose Dropbox Business account trial for 30 days. So if i do payment for the Plus may it affects my business account?

Or should i wait for 30 days?

Hmmm....  The transactions should be processed automatically, so it shouldn't be an issue. You can check whether the transaction was successful on: https://www.dropbox.com/payments (if you are on a Dropbox Plus account). Otherwise, if you're on a Dropbox for Business plan, you can check it here

Hmmm... Based on your description, the latest payment is not reflected on your account's billing details. As an additional step, I'd advise you to confirm whether the transaction was processed on PayPal's end on your account there. 

 

If none of the above help you locate the latest charge, because this is a billing-specific issue and we'd need sensitive information, please write in to us and let me know here once you have done that, so that I look it up internally.

Okay JaneA. I'LL inform you. Actually the transaction doesn't shows on my PayPal account. The amount is just diducted from my Bank account. I have sent mail about this issue to PayPal care. Let us see what they says.

Thanks for the follow-up! 

 

It appears that the issue is located on PayPal, since the transaction should've been processed on their end. 

 

As an extra troubleshooting step to see whether the space attached to the subscription was credited on your account, please go to your Account settings online. Can you see the space you purchased available there?

Thanks for the confirmation, glad to hear that you located the cause! 
 
As per your second request, just keep in mind that, despite being on a Dropbox for Business trial, your payment (meaning the one for your Dropbox Plus account) runs regularly in the background unaffected. The change you may notice is on functionality (you’ll have the extra features of the admin console and the ability to invite members to your team) and the available storage quota.
