Payment for Dropbox Plus went to wrong account

Yesterday I upgraded my Dropbox Basic to Dropbox Plus, through the account I currently use, and it automatically upgraded another account I don't use, linked to a different email. I have no idea why it upgraded the wrong account with the wrong email. How can I fix this? Thank you so much!

Hi @navar154, thanks for posting today!

 

If you upgraded the account you don't use, most likely it was logged in at the time you made the upgrade.

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.
