Payment ok but not working

I payed yearly payment for 2TB space for my account. Payment has been taken from my bank account but when I open dropbox it says that I have to upgrade and when I try to click there it says ”unable to load upgrade plans”. So, what to do?

Did you originally upgrade via the Dropbox site or via the mobile app?

 

Do you see any successful payments on this page?

Hi @Jay! And thank ypu for your reply.

I originally upgraded it via mobile app and payment was paied via app store. I’ve receipt from app store payment and money has gone from my bank account.
