I payed yearly payment for 2TB space for my account. Payment has been taken from my bank account but when I open dropbox it says that I have to upgrade and when I try to click there it says ”unable to load upgrade plans”. So, what to do?

Did you originally upgrade via the Dropbox site or via the mobile app?
