Hi there!
I have Enterprise subscription and always make my payment through apple appstore subscription. BUT, last time, when I paid, my plan does not changed. Apple says that i have active subscription, dropbox tell me “YOU STILL BASIC MAN”...

Wtf?!

Hi @twinsted; how are you today?

 

If you made sure that the charge has gone through, could you kindly try to restore your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device by following the steps below?


1. In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
3. Tap on "Restore purchases".

 

This should activate your last upgrade.

 

If you can't see "Restore purchase" this means that your app isn't up to date and you will need to update your Dropbox app from the App Store on your device and try again.
