I don't have a subscription, but yesterday I debited money in favor of a dropbox, please activate my account or return the money. I am attaching the payment receipt.  (GPA.3309-4405-6638-93407..2)

Hi @Павел Г.; thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

In this case, I'd suggest contacting our Support team for further assistance on this.

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any account.

Then, from this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page. Input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.

You can also let me know your ticket's ID once you do this, if you want me to have a look into this for you.

Keep me posted anyhow!
