When I took a new job the DropBox administrator accidentally used my personal email instead of work email to set up my business DropBox access. I already had a personal DropBox tied to that email. When I asked them to fix it, she deleted my personal account trying to turn on just business. I don't understand how the two could have overlapped or been linked-- I didn't link them. How can this be remedied? When she restored my personal email address--- it didn't restore my personal DropBox-- it tied right back to business! Very important records and pictures are in my personal DropBox. I can't get Tech Support for my personal account. What do I do and how can I get help please?
