I have upgraded to a 2tb plan and it shows more than 60% available space on my desktop. However, on my mobile the same account is listed as a standard Plan that is out of available space ?
Are you sure the same account (the email used) is used on both devices? Check if they match to the one used in your web interface. If not, relink corresponding device to the proper account. In addition you can find out the set of already connected devices. Is your mobile listed there?
