please Dropbox can you disconnect my account from an old email I’m not using. Dropbox still takes $12.75 from my card every moment and I have no access to this gmail anymore. Please how can Dropbox help me disconnect my card from this account.
As you don't have access to the email address associated with the account in question, I'd suggest trying an incognito window to contact our support team for further assistance on the matter.

I managed to resolve this by contacting Dropbox chat support on behalf of my friend.
I have an active dropbox account & I know my dropbox password & I have access to the email account dropbox is registered to..
My friend had an active dropbox account. But, they did not know their dropbox password & they did not have access to the email account dropbox was registered to. With no way to logon to their dropbox account, they could not find a way to get in touch with dropbox support.
So, I contacted dropbox support on behalf of my friend. Then, they were very helpful and we got the issue resolved. Just needed to provide them with a transaction code from their credit card statement and dropbox support was able to cancel the paid subscription.
