Please help to cancel my free trial

Dear Dropbox Team, 

Please assist me with canceling my ongoing free trial. I've tried following the instruction described here https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/cancellations-refunds/cancel-free-trial?fallback=true to cancel it myself.

However, the 5th step "Manage plan" is not in the "Plan" tab. Moreover, there is no contact information provided on https://www.dropbox.com only links to FAQ's which do lead to the useless instruction above. 

By this, I kindly ask you not to message me, but to cancel the free trial bounded with my email [removed per the Community's Guidelines]

If it's possible, I'd like to receive a confirmation at the email above

Hey there @Borehamwood3; welcome to our Community and happy Friday!

If you see that your account's plan tab reports to be a Basic one, then you must have already cancelled your trial successfully at some point. 

Could you have a look and let me know if that's the case indeed?
