Problem with my account which is showing it's a "member of xxx Dropbox account". What can I do?

I need help to separate my account from another Friend account. I am quite lost as my account is shown as "You’re a member of the XXX Dropbox account. Please Help

You are part of either a Family or a Team account. 

 

The admin of that needs to remove you from it. BUT they need to make sure they dont remove you and delete your account
