Problems in account storage

Problems in account storage

Explorer | Level 4

Hello everyone!

I'm with this account that is from my college e-mail and for some reason, I just have 1 KB of storage... and with my own e-mail I had 2 GB of storage straight away. I'm asking for help if someone knows about this!

Thank you so much,

Hugo

Hi there @Hugo Teixeira, thanks for getting back to us.

You can have a look at this article to find a list of what is kept when you leave a team and convert to an individual account.

However, as Jay mentions, it sounds like your team is in a locked state and you'll need to decide whether you want to upgrade the team or disband it.

You can find more information about it, here

Could the account just be full already? The smallest account size is 2GB. If this account is showing only 1KB of storage currently available, it likely means that there's already 2GB of data in the account.

What does it show when you visit the Plan page for that account? It will list the total and available space for the account. Make sure you include and shared files in your totals.

Hi @Hugo Teixeira, thanks for posting on the Community!

I'm sorry to hear about this. If the account page is showing 1 KB of total quota, then it means you're on a free team in locked state.

You'll need to leave or disband the team to revert your account to a personal plan.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the reply!

But if I leave the team, will I not lose connection to files and folders shared by others? And if I rejoin that team after I left, my storage will be back to normal?

Best regards,

Hugo
