Dropbox accounts & billing

For almost 2 hrs I have tried to get into my account in order to change payment method.
When I follow the instructions - as mentioned I go to SETTINGS , but I cannot get to the next: Step 4 - BILLING", and it is not poosible to update.
If i do not get an answer today - the only thing to do is : "delete account" - that works (hopefully)
Anyboby have the same problems ????

Since you're not seeing the billing tab there, could it be that you're looking at an account that's on the free, Basic plan? What's the account's plan tab showing?
