Purchased Dropbox Plus but it's not applied to my account.

Hi,

I upgraded from Dropbox Basic to Dropbox Plus a few hours ago on my iPad. Right after I paid, I got some kind of error alert, stating that my account cannot be upgraded. Yet the money has been withdrawn from my PayPal and I've also got the confirmation via E-Mail. 
My account is still listed as Basic though, even after logging out and in again and uninstalling the app.
Please help me out here, I really need the extra storage right now.

Hi there @Hannah17, let's see what we can do here. 

 

If you haven't already, could you first try following the steps I mentioned in this thread to restore your purchases?

Thanks for the help, I tried that but once again got an error message (Unable to Restore Purchases: The operation couldn’t be completed. (dropbox.com error 403.))

Does the email address you use for your Dropbox account match the one that's associated with your iPad's App store, Hannah?
