How can I get two step verification sent to two separate phones for all sign ins, so my wife and I can share the same account.

Hi Neil, currently you can only have two step verification setup for SMS on one phone, since you can’t have multiple phones with the same number.
 
However, if you use the two-step code from a mobile app, then it should be possible to link it on another app on another device. This can of course lead to potential security breaches though.
 
Also, it’s worth bearing in mind however that sharing your account is against the terms of service, and could result in your account being terminated.
