My quicken Dropbox code for 5G of storage does not work. it says "You have already claimed a code of this type."
Dropbox support is useless, and only exists in the form of a useless bot.
Quicken suport simply points the finger at dropbox and tells me that i need to contact dropbox, which is impossible.
Not a good feeling for either company and convincing me to be a customer...
You can only claim the code once per annum so you'll need to wait until your previous space quota has been reduced before applying it again:
