I activated a coupon for 5gb free space today that is offered to all Quicken users for file backup. When I wanted to use this coupon, I received a note from Dropbox that my code had already been used. I have never used this code before. I paid my new subscription for Quicken December 26 th 2020. Anyone else experienced this or have any idea what's up?
I contacted Quicken support by chatting with two agents today december 28th. . They have tried many things to fix the error. They did not succeed. They gave me another coupon, but I had the same error. The entered code has already been used. The problem is unsolved. I think that they have difficulties with canadian customers.
