I had been using a dropbox professional trail for a month & my trial finished yesterday. Now, dropbox is showing that my paypal account is not eligible. I cannot get back my data.... I need my data... what to do ???

Hey @Anirban Sett, thanks for posting today!

Even if your plan was cancelled and the account downgraded, you should still have access to your account's content. 

Have you tried updating your payment info following these steps?
