Hi Dropbox team,
I have previous account registered under email: [Removed as per Community Guidelines], with some files on it. The files are very important for me (containing my thesis and wedding pictures). However, it has been automatically deleted because I haven't sign in yet. Is it possible to reactivate the account? Please, I really need to access that account.
Hi @Suraya Ika Tamrin, thanks for joining the Community.
When did you receive this email that the account would be deactivated? In general this would happen if an account hasn't been accessed for over 12 months.
This will help me assist further!

Hi Jay,
Thank you for your reply. Around 2019. Yes, my account hasn't been accessed for over 12 months as I was struggling with my health and I didn't check any email regarding the deactivation of the account. Is there any possibilty to get my account reactivated? Please.
Hi Jay,
Any updates on this? Appreciate your assistance and feedback.

Typically, once an account has been deleted, neither the account nor the files within it can be recovered.
