Hello,
I am trying to reactive my dropbox account. I have deleted members and I am down to 7 users. When I attempt to recative my account, my plan says 7 users but I am going to be unlimately charged for 21 users according to my order summary. What is wrong, how do I fix? Thanks.

It sounds like you're a team admin for a Dropbox Business team.
Have you removed any unused licenses on your account in order to be able to upgrade only the 7 licenses you require?
