I had a Dropbox account associated with email address which I no longer have access to and unable to recover it. My Dropbox account password have expired I believe and I'm unable to log in to my account to change the email. The only options I'm being given is to reset the password using the same email that I don't have access to. Is there a way to recover my account.

You will need to use a device you are already logged in to and follow https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/expired-password

 

If you dont have a device signed in I'm afraid you are out of luck.
