Hi there,
after clear all the cache and data from the browser, now dropbox sent me a code verification to an account that i have no longer acess to sign in.
i thought i was using my personal account but aparently not , how can i recover the files?
thanks in advance
Hello @gamitobruno, I hope you're well today!
It sounds like you're receiving a one time code to the email account.
In this case, I'm afraid there isn't much I can suggest other than to try and regain access to the email address so that you can regain access to the Dropbox account.
Since you mentioned that this is a company email, would you be able to reach out to them for assistance with this?
Let me know - thanks!

Hi @Daphne,
Thanks for your reply.
In fact i left the company in 2015 but i kept using that account once there was no one time code to double check the account. when i left i actually create a account with my personal email but using the company email without any problem.
i have no way to get that one time code now.
when this one time code started ?
i believe this happen because i cleaned my brower cache.
Thanks
