Recurrently I received emails informing about my account will be closed

Hi,

I don't know why but recurrently I received an email informing me that my account is going to be closed.

I know that if there's no activity on my Dropbox account for an extended period of time Dropbox notifies me by this email but the problem is that more or less monthly I receive this email and I always sign in to keep the account but the next month I receive again that email.

Could you help me in order not to receive that email monthly??

Thanks in advance for your help

Hey @Jorge69, I can sure help shed some light!

As it looks like you’re already aware of the relevant resource (excellent job there by the way), I’m wondering if you’re receiving this message for an unused account that you had forgotten you had created.

If it’s not too much trouble, could you quickly check the email address on the “To:” field on your inbox & let me know if it matches the one you can see on your Account tab online?

Please let me know of your findings & we’ll go from there. Thanks!
