I received the 3 code from login to Quicken.com account, and the error message is "you have lready claimed a code of this type", but when I check my dropbox account, under plan where you have earn more space, since 2014, I have never received the 5GB space.

I deleted the dropbox program from my PC. I then tried to install by redeeming the program with my code. it refused because the code had already been used. Is there a solution?
Yes I used it with my initial installation, but it could not be synced so I tried to reinstall. No success and therefore uninstalled . I then tried too install again.
