Why has my storage limit been reduced by at least 10 GB? I've never been notified that you are taking away space.

You likely had some bonus space that was time-limited which has now expired. You can see the bonus space you've earned on your Plan page.
Rich, thank you for the suggestion. The last time any space was expired on my account was over five (5) years ago. So if that's the reason for the reduction, there is no evidence and there was no notification.
