Referral completed with not extra space

Hi there,

I'd made a recent referral, via the link, and the user has completed all the steps.

I didn't recieved the additional storage space and tried to use the send invite option, which I was prompted to exceed number of referrals.

I have two enquries:

A) How can I get the extra space for the users setup via the link?

B) How can I remove the obsoleted emails referral dated 2009 to allow more relevent invites?

What does the status show for that referral? Is it listed as Completed, or is it in some other state? You can see this on your Plan page.

You can't remove them, and it doesn't really matter as incomplete referrals don't have an impact on reaching the maximum available earned space (32 referrals/16GB, on a Basic account), and even if you could remove them, you still wouldn't be able to send more referrals.

It matters as I cannot send anymore referrals.
Many of the pending referral emails dated a decade ago and are obsolete.

If you can't send out any more referrals, you may have reached your account's limit @kyochi13.

How much space have you earned through referrals?
