Referral incorrectly labeled as "ineligible" and "suspicious"

I've invited two new colleagues in my office to use Dropbox today. However, as soon as they finished registering and installing Dropbox on their computers in the office, the referrals turned out "ineligible" and "suspicious" even though it was their first time to use it.

 

I guess for a reason that they have to use the office computers that my former colleagues used who also used Dropbox in the past and that the Dropbox system may have records for the use on these computers even though the program had already been removed. 

 

Is there any way to solve the problem in this situation? I feel very bad that I recommended Dropbox to these two newcomers in my office for its benefits by highlighting the bonus spaces that they would be given by my referrals.
