I sent an email to my brother referring him to dropbox, he clicked the link and created his account, I have not received the extra space even though he paid for an upgrade. he was at my house doing this so I know he never had an account before. On my status page, it said he already had an account. The one HE just created after clicking my referral link... How can we fix this please.
