Referrals not working

Hi
I sent a referral out today, but they have not received a link to follow.
Similarly there are two other referrals sent in 2019 which didnt get the link to follow.
My referral status said my referral had not been accepted, Ask them to sign up using the same email.
I tried to resend the referral links a few times but that doesnt work. there are no referral emails in the spam either.

Having seen on here that the referral will still work and be credited, if they sign up using the same email as initially referred on.
I  tried to help them set up accounts. They have been set up using the same emails, but now on my panel it says -
Referral not accepted, when I do a status update it says they are already using drop box, which is not the case.

How can I sort these out please?

Are the other users in the referrals part of a Dropbox Business team, or are they in personal accounts?

Could you forward a screenshot showing the status of the referral, while hiding the email address?

This will help me to assist further!

They are personal accounts for family members.

Hi Jay not seeing anything in spam either.
