Good afternoon, please request that my plan be canceled since I have not used it for more than a month. Please request a refund of what was charged today to my credit card.

You can cancel your subscription yourself, either on the Dropbox website or through your mobile device, depending on how you originally subscribed. In most cases, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refer to the following help articles for more information.
