I had a charge of R8984.54 go off my account on 14th July - as soon as this came through to my phone of the payment i immediately contacted support on the phone within 10 minutes of the payment being processed.

I spoke to a guy who immediately downgraded the acccount to what it was before the payment and assured me the paymet would be refunded in 3-5 days..... well its now 11 days and no refund - no reply to mail and no one answering the phone. how do we get our maney back?????

Hello @wellclintrev, I'm sorry to hear about the situation!

 

If the refund was processed by the Support team, then I would suggest contacting your bank for some more info about the charge and what they can see regarding this.

 

In the meantime though, please do let me know the ticket number (eg. #1234567) that you have with our Support team so that I can check on this from my side too.
