Refund after cancelling my trial, what can I do?

Please help !!

I signed up for drop box as I was nominated for An award and needed for shade my work using drop box ! Today was the 30 day fddd trial end and I cancelled And at midnight they have taken £432 from my bank ! I cannot believe this as I don’t even use it and never did it say it was going to charge this amount ! Please help me get my money refunded thank you

Unfortunately it DOES say its going to charge that @Ashleigh_1 - repeatedly as you sign up. You are also emailed to say it will charge you. This is as you've signed up for a business plan and tried to avoid just using the standard one or paying for a $9.99 upgrade. 

In terms of refunds all you can do is email and ask for support: www.dropbox.com/support which you can then track at http://dropbox.zendesk.com

Hey @Ashleigh_1, let’s see what can be done here. 
 
I haven’t located a ticket on our system for the email address connected to your Community profile. Have you written in to our team following Mark’s advice? In order to check back on progress, could you include a ticket# in your next reply here if possible?
 
If you haven’t had a chance to do so, please ping me back here & I’ll create a Support request on your behalf on my end.
