I am in the begining of a year of Dropbox Plus subscription that I pay for in Apple App Store. My company decided to upgrade dropbox to Dropbox Business and I moved my acount to that Team. When we upgraded to Business we was told by a dropbox sales man that all current accounts that will join the team will have a refund since the company now pays for their accounts. And that was also true with subscriptions bought on App Store he said.

Now, Apple refuse doing a refund and Dropbox claims its up to Apple to make the refund. 

At the moment we pay two bills for the same account. This is not aceptable.

Hi @hmind; thanks for joining the Dropbox Community and sorry to hear about this. 

 

Since the billing information for your previous subscription is handled by Apple and due to the way in-app purchases are handled, I' m afraid, I'll also need to re-direct you to them for a refund. 

 

Please follow the steps below to contact Apple regarding a refund:

Just make sure to contact them from the email address that's associated with the charge you'd like refunded.
