Refund for an account I don't have access for

Hi,

 

I want a refund for an account I don't have access for.

 

 

I payed once for my previous employer and now I don't have access for the email and can't cancel the subscrition. 

 

Please help me!

Hey there @adriannilsson91; welcome to the Community!

 

Since you don't have access to the account in question, I'd suggest using an incognito window without signing into any account to contact our support team. 

 

When on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.

We would need to have the ticket number (eg. #1234567) that you would have received via email after reaching out to the team, to be able to check on this from our side @adriannilsson91.

 

If you submitted the ticket while signed into a Dropbox account, then the reply would have been sent to the email associated with the Dropbox account that was signed in at the time.

 

Can you please confirm that you were not signed into Dropbox and entered an email address that you currently have access to when you submitted the ticket?

Hi Daphne,

 

I confirm that I were not signed into Dropbox and entered an email address that you currently have access to when you submitted the ticket. 

 

I signed up with my old job email addess [removed as per the Community's Guidelines] but had to pay with my own credit card and then be refunded by the company.

@Walter, I don't have access to the email that I payed for the subscrition anymore. That email was [removed as per the Community's Guidelines]

My email now (that works) is [removed as per the Community's Guidelines]
