Hi all - I signed up for a free trial by mistake - used an email address that's not valid so could never verify the email address. I completely forgot about it until AUD$306 was charged from my account. I immediately logged in and cancelled the subscription but can I get a refund for this amount? I cant seem to find anywhere that I can actually submit a request or speak to someone. I feel sick becuase I've just become unemployed (thanks COVID) and I cannot afford that expense at this time!

You can contact the support team by logging into any Dropbox account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
