Hi . £100 pounds was taken from my PayPal and bank account that sat was pre approved but definitely was not. I have been sent around in circles on who can help me the email that I get in response is totally useless and is also sending me in circles. The support email is not working and could really do with some direct help, pleaseeee
If you did not tell Dropbox to upgrade your account then you need to contact PayPal because somebody has hacked your account. If they are purchasing things on here then chances are they are also buying other things.
