Hi,
I bought Dropbox plus for a year last week but it doesn't expect my needs!
Every time i try to download, Dropbox zip the folder and give me an error when i try to unzip after the download!
How can i get a refund a paid the whole year?

At first, have you tried another app or program to unzip the folder that's giving you this error?
