Hello,

I hope this finds you well. I had cancelled my subscription when the trial ended and I my credit card was still charged $199 to which I requested a refund and haven't recieved it yet. Please kindly look into this. This was charged oct 28 Z7MYKQ5T11MD is the transaction number. Thank you.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
