Hello,

After the trial period was over, I got charged for the full yearly amount. I did not even use more than 30mb storage in the trial period (it was an accidental upgrade). When I tried to cancel just before trial period ended, browser/site kept crashing - not sure why. Please could I have a refund in full or at the very least take only one month payment and refund the remaining 11 months' amount?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
