We received a reminder that the payment for our subscription was not yet received. However, this was payed oin October 15th. The e-mail said we would be downgraded to Basic if the subscription was not paid by December 2nd. Please advise what to do.

When you say reminder, are you referring to an email notification sent by one of our official domains or something else? Also, is this about a team account or an individual one?
