Removing Member from family plan

Hi

 

I had a concern where:

 

1. I removed a member from family plan and I couldn't invite new member to the family room. Will the empty slot available for a new member?

2. I have 4 empty slots but I couldn't send invitation? How to solve this?

Hi @MY UKG, thanks for posting today!

When you remove a member from the Family plan, the spot should immediately open up so that you can invite a new member.

Are you trying to send an invite to a user currently on a Dropbox Business team? Do they have a paid personal account, or a free account?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
