Removing old account from login to upgrade personal account

Hi, I am trying to upgrade my personal storage account.  When I click on upgrade in my personal account it brings me to a login page that has an old business account email pre-populated that I can't change, and therefore unable to login to personal account to upgrage account.

Hi there @tom b; thanks for joining our Community!

 

If your personal account is still connected to a Dropbox for Business team account or a free team as well, you'll need to disconnect your accounts first using these steps and then try to upgrade your personal one anew.
